Anne Joan Horton of Bowie, Maryland died on Sunday, July 4, 2010. Anne is the wife of the late Jerome H. Horton; mother of William F. Horton and his wife Carol, Deborah A. Horton, Denise N. Simmerly and her husband Bob, Kathleen M. Horton, Timothy P. Horton and Jerome K. Horton; sister of Agnes Santora and thomas Fahey and the late Mary T. Hennigan, Catherine Barrett and John Fahey; grandmother of Erin E. Horton, Shannon M. Horton, Colleen Simmerly and Haley Simmerly and the late Bridget A. Pawlowski and Sean P. Horton. Family will receive friends at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland 20715 on Thursday, July 8, 2010 from 6 to 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 9, 2010 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Bowie, Maryland. Interment will be at 1 p.m. Charles Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Leonardtown, Maryland.
