HURLEY, Stephen Joseph, Jr., 73 of West Yarmouth passed away on Thursday November 14, 2019 with his loving wife Helen by his side at Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis, MA. He was born to Stephen Joseph Hurley Sr., and Margaret M. Hurley (Clark) on November 13, 1946.
Stephen was born and grew up in Brighton, MA, where he attended Boston Tech high school. He then went to Northeastern University and received his Bachelors in Business Admin. He worked as a Manager for Fresenius which he retired from in 2014. He enjoyed many things including his beloved dogs Cooper & Bella as well as spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife Helen L. Hurley (Paletsky) of 50 years. His children; Janice Hurley of Austin, TX, Christine & Bob Mendes of Mendon, MA and Nicky & Peter Geromini of Bellingham, MA. His Grandchildren; Jacqueline Geromini of Uxbridge, MA, Brooke Geromini of Orlando, FL, Gabrielle Geromini of Bellingham, MA, Nicholas Geromini of Amherst, MA, Joshua Mendes of Queensbury, NY, Michael Mendes of Mendon, MA and Joseph Mendes of Mendon, MA.
Visiting Hours will be held on Tuesday November 19, 2019 from 3-7pm at Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home, 154 RT. 6A Sandwich, MA. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday November 20, 2019 at Corpus Christi Parish 326 Quaker Meeting House Rd. in Sandwich, MA at 11AM, Burial will follow at Sandwich Town Cemetery.
