Lucille Slade, 91, passed away on Friday, December 2, 2011. She was born on August 16, 1920.
Mrs. Slade lived most of her life in Brooklyn, New York, and loved her church.
Lucille is survived by her husband Nathaniel Slade, her daughter Gloria Panagiotacopoulos, sisters Lola Rhodes, Ruth Rhode, and Doris Als, brother Caswell Bridges, 2 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
A calling hour will be held on Thursday Dec. 8 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home 40 MacAuther Blvd Bourne Ma. Burial will follow at the MA National Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 PM at the First Pentecostal Church 258 Main St. Mashpee.
