Xiaolei Zhu

Xiaolei Zhu, 24, cherished wife, daughter and granddaughter passed suddenly on October 10, 2011. Xiaolei was a student at Stenden University in the Netherlands and most recently an intern at the Marriott Denver Tech Center. Xiaolei is survived by her devoted husband Shaun Cummins of Boulder; her beloved mother Xie Haiyan of Beijing, China; her loving father Huawei Zhu of Beijing, China and her cherished grandparents Xie Hong Bin and Hu Feng Lan of Hefei, China.

Xiaolei’s vivacity and goodness were a light that all who knew her were drawn to. Her enjoyment of good food, travel and new experiences were shared passions with her husband, Shaun. They had recently returned from a trip across America where they visited relatives in Portland, Boston, and Cincinnati as well as visiting many other places.

Xiaolei’s warm heart and beautiful smile will be dearly missed.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at Crist Mortuary.
