I just heard that Bill had passed. I met him in 1983 when I started working at the University. He was an amazing man and I am honored to have known him and work with him.

To the family of Bill Deno:
Bill was an admired and loved resident of the Carillon (now The Pearl) for many years.  
Bill and I had both lived in WA state.  It was always a pleasure to hear him speak about his experiences in the Spokane area.  His part Indian heritage was significant in his early years in WA and Idaho.
It is with joy that I recall Bill's days at the Carillon but sadness in his passing.
I urge you, the family members, please allow The Pearl staff to display Bill's obituary near the front desk.
