Wanda Lorraine Brannan,93, passed away peacefully Monday April 3rd 2023 at home in Boulder, Colorado. She was born in Winslow, Arkansas, February 25, 1930 to parents Myrtle Bertha Landelius and Alva Le Roy Landelius.
Wanda is a Licensed Minster with Shekinah Christian Ministries of Longmont, Colorado where she taught in Prisons and Jails for over 20 years. Her much loved Personal Ministry to inmates was greatly enhanced by her wisdom, grey hair, and loving tone of encouragement to each inmate. Her Love for Christ and for them will be greatly missed. She served on "Women Aglow with the Spirit" Area Boards and taught "Full Gospel Bible Studies" across Colorado and Kentucky. Believing in God is important she said but "Believing God" is more essential in my experience.
Wanda accepted Jesus Christ in 1970 and her "Life change" began immediately, her prayers helped bring all her children into the "Kingdom". During the next 53 years, her prayers of support of more than 10 church pastors and congregations in Colorado and Kentucky became her contribution to the Kingdom.
Wanda is survived by her husband of 62 years, Robert C Brannan, Sister Faye Taylor of Wann, Oklahoma, two daughters: Lois Louise Scott (husband Stephen), of Boulder, Colorado, and Elizabeth Bobette Fisher (husband Ofer) of Longmont, Colorado, one son: Verlin LeRoy Baugus (wife Susi) of Searcy, Arkansas.
