Mr. Thomas Fizgerald Starzl was born on august 31, 1958 in Chicago, Illinois. He was the youngest of three children. After a long illness Mr. Starzl died at his home in Boulder, Colorado, on October 29, 2016. Thomas graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1982. Mr. Starzl is survived by his father Thomas Earl Starzl, brother Timothy Wakefield Starzl, nephew Ravi Starzl. He is further survived by more distant relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his sister, Rebecca Ann Starzl (2008) and his mother Barbara June (ne Brothers) Abizaid (2010). A private memorial service will be held in Pittsburgh, PA.
