Stanley F. Johnson Jr.

Stanley married Pauline Yarnell on July 10, 1949 in Pueblo, CO. He received his Juris Doctor of Law. Stanley worked for the F.B.I. from 1950 – 1955, was the Boulder District Attorney from 1969-1973 and a Colorado State Representative from 1988-1992. He was a member of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, Elks, Kiwanis, Mason and was in the U.S. Navy. For much of his life, Stan always had a camera in his hand, took every opportunity to talk politics, never missed a Bronco game and cherished time with his family. He will be missed greatly by all who knew him. Stan is survived by his children: Jennifer Johnson Seltzer and husband Tim, David Johnson, Barbara Johnson and husband Tracy Damrell; sister Jean Renfrow: grandchildren Megan Seltzer, Garrett Seltzer, and Erik Damrell. He is preceded by his wife Pauline. A memorial service will be held 2pm Tuesday August 9, 2016 at First Presbyterian Church 1820 15th St. in Boulder, CO.
