We were in a band around 1972-1973, and as the lead guitarist, Rick was a driving force for our music!  RIP, Rick.

Rick was the best Christmas present any girl could have wished for......  70 years he was in my life and he brought kindness, joy, and a great sense of humor.  In January of 2020 he was hospitalized and nearly died of pneumonia but I was gifted with two more years of having him in my life.  He was brave and never even flinched when he had to go through chemo.  He wanted to live and he fought the great fight only to lose it in the end.  I will miss him so.......

Rick and I played in several bands and as a duo at the Red Coach Inn, Lamp Post, and Tulagi among other places.  He wrote many of the songs we performed and also played bass and drums.  In later years we traveled to England and Scotland together as well as visiting places closer to home like Aspen, Vail, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles.  A part of my heart has been torn out at his death and I know my life will never be the same......

Hung with Rick, Sean McMahon, Rick Hinrichs and my husband, Randy MacKenzie the senior year in high school. I lived right across from the art building of Boulder High in my own apartment. Let me just say, Oh the memories! They were all good. The pic of him was at our going away party on Mesa Dr. in Boulder before we left for California. Last time we were with Rick and then just lost track and time. I am so sorry for your loss and he was a wonderful person and will be missed.

Rest in peace knowing you brought love and kindness to so many......
