Pamela went to be with Christ, our Lord, on August 29th 2021. Daughter to the late Tony and Eliria Ochoa, a loving wife, mother, and aunt. She was a caring and giving lady, a real people person. Known for her expressive creativity which was only exceeded by her love for others and her dogs. She was a wife for over 33 years, serving around the globe as an Army spouse for most of that time. She was a graduate of Boulder High School and dedicated her life to God and her family. She is survived by her spouse Donald E. Meisler, Colonel U.S. Army retired, her two sons, Thomas Meisler, U.S. Air Force, and Michael Meisler, U.S. Air Force Veteran, her brother Dominic Ochoa and two nieces.
