Mark Edwin Koch

Mark Edwin Koch, 64, died on July 7, 2019 at Mesa Vista Boulder. He had been living in a nursing home for almost ten years after suffering a massive stroke in October 2009. He was born on July 18, 1954 in Boulder to Ralph and Carol Koch Johnston.

Mark worked in the electronics manufacturing field, his goal was to create and grow his own company. In the mid 1980s he achieved that goal by founding PatCin Enterprises where he worked up until his stroke. In addition to running his company, his greatest joy was watching his sons Jeremy and Zach play sports.

Mark is preceded in death by his mother and father Carol Koch Johnston and Ralph Koch and his stepfather, Wilber Johnston.

Survivors include his wife Cindy Koch, two sons; Jeremy and Zach, brothers; Dwight and Alan, step-sisters; Connie Aumiller and Karla Hutchins, and step-brother Steven Johnston.

A memorial service and reception will be held at the Crist Mortuary Chapel on July 26, 2019 at 11:00am.
