Linda Lee Hungerford

Linda Lee Hungerford, born April 4, 1948 in Boulder Colorado; died February 25, 2022 at Denver Hospice as a result of complications from Esophageal Cancer.

Linda’s parents were Pauline Margaret (Benson) Bryant and Vernon Rae Bryant.

Linda was a proud mom to Angela “Angie” Marie (Hungerford) Gramse and Christin Hungerford. Although she was an exceptional mother, she was an even more exquisite grandmother to Camden Gramse. They held a special bond that will be irreplaceable.

Linda was passionate for sports. She hardly ever missed watching a Duke Blue Devils Men’s basketball game. She was a dedicated Denver Broncos and University of Colorado Football fan through and through. Her love for sports had transitioned to the soccer field sidelines, cheering her grandson on.

Linda had a huge love for the ocean. Maui, Hawaii and San Diego, California, are just a few highlights of destinations that will always hold a special place in her family’s heart. She also spent quite a bit of time in Estes Park, renting a beautiful cabin right on Fall River. It brought her peace and tranquility to just sit and be a part of mountain life.

Linda always made every holiday extra special for her family. Angie and Christin promise to keep the traditions alive.

She is survived by her sister Debbie Adams; brother Rick Bryant; sister Paula Armstrong; daughter Angela and Timothy Gramse; grandson Camden Gramse; daughter Christin Hungerford; and Linda’s West Highland Terrier, Riley.

A funeral service for Linda will be held Sunday, March 6, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Crist Mortuary, 3395 Penrose Place, Boulder, CO 80301.
