Kelly was born in Denver, Colorado on September 19, 1961 to Keith and Valerie (Dolmage) Cope. She move to Springville, IA in 1977 and graduated from Springville High School in 1979.
Kelly was always a kind and caring person who loved spending time with family and friends, listening to her music, Pepsi, and her lottery scratch tickets.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Keith and Valerie Cope; sister, Peggy Quarcni.
She is survived by her sister, Sherryl (Stephen) Boudreau, of Thornton, CO, brother, Michael Cope of Springville, IA, 2 nephews (David Boudreau and Calvin Cope), 4 nieces (Jennifer (Boudreau) Stradley, Melissa Ridley, Adela Cope, and Ariel Fry, a Great-Nephew Cory Burns, and two Great-Nieces, Rylee Stradley and Aria Ridley.
