Our beloved son Jack Swanson passed away Tuesday while listening to music in his bed. Unfortunately he was abusing drugs and fell asleep only to never wake up again.
Jack is survived by his parents, Patricia & Barton Swanson; his sister Maya Swanson; Both of his grandmothers, Coqui & Helene, his aunts, Mariela, Tita, Arelys, Cathy; his uncles, Aitor, Tom, Adiact, Brendan, Thane and his cousins, Adiactcito, Teyte, Ariel, Brittney, Tyler.
We will miss you Jack.
