After graduating from Thomas Jefferson high school in Council Bluffs, IA. In 1955, he enlisted in the US Navy where he served for 3 years. During his time serving his country he met the Love of his life Catherine. They were united in marriage May 9, 1959.
Earl drove truck out of Omaha, NE for the Hinky Dinky supermarket company for 23 years.
In 1985 he moved to Bothell WA where he drove for Boeing until his retirement in 2001. Earl loved his family and gave them an amazing life. He loved to travel and over the years created many cherished memories. Our family has been truly blessed.
Also preceded in death by brother David and sisters Eva Hessel & Twilla Dofner.
Earl is survived by his wife of just under 63 years, Catherine Hunt, his 3 daughters Patty Albright (Butch), Kathleen Gill (Mark) & Angie Johnson (Levi) and son, Bob Hunt (Pam). He was blessed with 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
A visitation for Earl will be held Wednesday, April 27, 2022, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Lifetime Celebrations by Washelli, 18224 103rd Ave. NE, Bothell, WA 98011. A funeral service will occur Thursday, April 28, 2022, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 18224 103rd Ave. NE, Bothell, WA 98011. A graveside service will occur Thursday, April 28, 2022, from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Holyrood Catholic Cemetery, 205 NE 205th St., Shoreline, WA 98011.
