Chanh Xuan Tran, 70, of Mountlake Terrace, WA, passed away on February 11, 2024.
He was born in Kampuchea in 1953 to Sick Tran and Thieu Diep. Chanh fled Cambodia during the reign of the Khmer Rouge to Vietnam and finally settled in Washington in 1980. Chanh worked in maintenance engineering for over 30 years before retiring in 2019.
Chanh is survived by his wife, Linh Tran, and three children, Jennifer Tran (Jemen Park), Sophia Tran, and Michael Tran.
A memorial service will be held at Lifetime Celebrations (18224 103rd Ave NE, Bothell, WA 98011) on Friday, February 16, 2024 at 12:15 pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made towards cancer research efforts in memory of Chanh.
