Nicholas “Nicky” M. Romano of Saugus and the North End passed away on December 28, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. Owner of Romano Florist on Hanover St. Loving son of the late Ernest and Rose (Sirignano) Romano. Beloved husband of the late Geraldine E. (DiNunzio) Romano. Loving father of David Romano and his wife Carolyn of Naples, FL, Nichlas “Brock” Romano and his wife Doreen of Westborough, Christopher Romano and longtime partner Connie of Wakefield and Richard Romano of Saugus. Cherished grandfather of Alison, Nicholas, Katrina, Nichlas, Alexandra, Jacqueline, Victoria, Olivia, Jessica, Kyanna, Stephanie, Rachael and Jenny; great-grandfather of Levi, Sophia, Rhett, Nico, William, Nicky, Wes and Charlie. Dear brother of Florence Dolan, Angie Benvenuto and Lena Romano all of the North End. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 from 8am to 10am in the J.S.Waterman-Langone Chapel, 580 Commercial St., Boston and a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30am in St. Leonard Church, 320 Hanover St., Boston.
