Miriam "Mimie" G. Winston

Miriam “Mimie” Gertrude (MacLeod) Winston, Mother, Grandmother, and Matriarch of Winston Flowers, 80 year Boston family business, passed away on January 11, 2025. She and her late husband Maynard Winston had four loving sons: Michael Winston of Newton, David Winston and his wife Jo-Ann of Brookline, Ted Winston of Boston, and Alex Winston and his wife Daniela of Boston. She is the beloved grandmother of Ted Winston Jr., Maxine Winston, Emily Winston-O’Keeffe, Isabel Winston, Travis Winston, Christopher Winston, Chloe Winston, Zachary Winston, David Winston Jr., Evan Winston, Jack Winston, AJ Winston and Jaz Winston. Mimie is the sister of Bill MacLeod, MaryHelen Corcoran, Bonnie Jean MacLeod, the late John MacLeod and Peggy MacLeod. Daughter of the late John and Katherine (MacDougall) MacLeod.

The family will receive visitors on Thursday, January 16, 2025 from 4pm to 8pm in the J.S. Waterman Langone Chapel, 580 Commercial St, Boston. Complimentary parking attendants at front door. Funeral Services will be private.
