Mario Ventresca of Boston’s North End on September 16, 2015 surrounded by his loving family. Loving son of the late Domenico and Maria Domenica Ventresca. Beloved husband of 56 years to Anna (D’Amato) Ventresca. Devoted father of Sandra Ventresca and her husband Giovanni De Dona of Medford, Lisa Ventresca of the North End, and the late Domenic Ventresca and his surviving wife Rachel of Woburn. Cherished grandfather of Mario, Domenic and David Ventresca, and Stephen Papa. Dear younger brother of the late Antonio, Rinaldo, Aldolfo, Eligio and Severino and their wives all of Italy. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 9:45 am in St. Leonard Church, corner of Hanover and Prince St, Boston. Please join the procession to church at the funeral home on Monday morning at 8:45 am. The family will receive visitors on Sunday from 3-7 pm in the Boston Harborside Home, 580 Commercial Street, Boston. Services will conclude with entombment in Holy Cross Mausoleum, Malden.
