Joseph N. Nichols, Sr. was born on January 16, 1920, in Barbados, West Indies to Joseph Abraham Nichols and Miriam Adina Jones. He peacefully departed this life on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at the age of 105 in Pueblo West, Colorado. He leaves to mourn: Children – Esther (John) Splaine, Cambridge, MA; Mayetta (Russell) Brown, Jr., Pueblo West, CO; Dr. Paul (Dr. Pamela) Nichols, Sr., Seattle, WA; Robert (Ann) Nicholls, Sr., Dorchester, MA; Richard Kevin (Sandra) Nichols, Roxbury, MA; Linda (Rev. Lonny) Gomes, Sr., Indianapolis, IN; Gail (Chester) Rodrigues, Sr., Mauldin, SC; Glen (Silvia) Nichols, Bradford, MA; Karen (Dr. Simon) Guteng, Sr., Jos Plateau, Nigeria; Daughter-in-Law - Lorna Nichols, Dorchester, MA; Cousin - Beryl Lee, West, Medford, MA; 31 Grandchildren, 28 Great- Grandchildren, 2 Great-Great Grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and church family. The celebration of life services will be held Saturday, April 5, 2025, at 10:00 am. At Reservoir Church, 15 Notre Dame Ave., Cambridge, MA.
