Marilyn Carver, 85, of Bunceton, Missouri, passed away December 28, 2022 at her home. She was born on June 7, 1937 in Pilot Grove, Missouri; the daughter of John Melvin and Betty Ann (Moore) Carver, both of which preceded her in death.
Marilyn was a 1955 graduate of Bunceton High School. She worked at numerous factories until her retirement. In her free time, Marilyn liked to fish and see what treasures she could find with her metal detector, along with spending time with her numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Marilyn was preceded in death by her sister Grace Day, twin sister Carolyn (Snooks) Hurt, and brother-in-laws Paul day and Hugh Hurt.
Marilyn is survived by her nephews, Paul (Butch) Day and Mitchell Hurt; niece, Terri Smith; great nieces and nephews, Shawna Zimmerman, Savannah Garrison, Chris Day, Lucas Day, Tory Hurt, and Teri Lynn Pickett; great-great nieces and nephew, Ciara Folsom, Riley Zimmerman, Bethany Day, Carolyn Jean Hurt, Rey Lynn Hurt, William Garrison, and Zoe Garrison; and great-great-great niece and nephew, Paisley and Oliver.
At the family’s wishes, a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
