Georgia Lorene Gibson Jackson

Visitation will be on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at William Wood Funeral Home from 1:00 – 2:00 PM. Funeral services will follow at 2:00PM on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at the funeral home.

Lorene was born on March 14, 1924 in Cooper County, MO the daughter of George and Susie (Bledsoe) Garrison who preceded her in death. She was married on November 4, 1940 to Harley Gibson who preceded her in death on June 5, 1978.

Survivors include: three children, Bobbie Swearingen of Bunceton, MO, Tony Gibson (Cindy) of Boonville, MO and Phyllis Swearingen (Warren) of Warsaw, MO; one daughter-in-law, Joyce Gibson of Prairie Home, MO; eleven grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 21 great-great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by one son, Randy Gibson; one daughter Joyce Ann Gibson, seven brothers, five sisters, two granddaughters, Lori Hipkins and Janet Gibson and one grandson, Randy Gibson Jr.
