Travis Davis, 62, of Olive Branch, passed away Friday, February 13, 2015 at Home. He was born October 29, 1952 to Clyde W. and Ruth Yarber Davis. He was a Sales Associate for Mid South Sign Company and a former member of the Jacinto Church of Christ. Travis was also a US Army Veteran.
Funeral services will be 3:00 pm Sunday, February 15, 2015 at McMillan Funeral Home with Minister Don Green officiating. Burial will be in the Jacinto Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Tabb Davis; four sisters, Mable (Ralph) Perry and Martha Milam both of Saltillo, Varda Cole and Estelle (Clois) Wright both of Booneville; two brothers, Elvis (Jere) Davis of Olive Branch and Larry “Sham” (Linda) Davis of Southhaven.
He was preceded in death by his parents; an infant sister, Gladys Davis; and three brothers-in-law, Charles Milam, Billy Joe Cole, and Bob Mathis.
Pallbearers will be Mike Trimble, Sam Howell, Daniel Davis, Johnny Sims, Garland Holmes, and Clois Wright. Honorary pallbearers will be Donny Reed, Bobby Bell, and Esther Howell.
Visitation will be 5-9 pm Saturday, February 14, 2015 and until service time on Sunday at the funeral home.
