James "Jim" Sparks

James Thomas Sparks, 43, passed away Thursday, May 26, 2016 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. He was born November 3, 1972, to James K. and Eula Faye McCoy Sparks. He was a member of Siloam United Methodist Church. He enjoyed music, drafting and cross stitching.

A Celebration of Life will be at 2:00 P.M. Monday, May 30, 2016, at McMillan Funeral Home with Bro. William Burcham officiating. Burial will be in Siloam Cemetery.

He is survived by two daughters, Brianna (Ethan) Harris of New Site and Kassie Sparks of Tishomingo; two sons, Jamie (Brandy) Sparks of Marietta and Austin Sparks of Tishomingo; his mother, Eula Faye Sparks of New Site; three granddaughters, Serenity Sparks, Natalie Sparks and Lilianna Harris; one sister, Gayle (Paul) Hall of Baldwyn; two brothers, Kenny (Cynthia) Sparks of New Site and Michael Sparks of Marietta; one brother-in-law, Tommy Shook of Booneville; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, James K. Sparks; two sisters, Kaye Sparks and Regina Sparks; his grandparents, Joe and Elcey McCoy and Oliver and Verna Sparks.

Visitation will be Monday from 10:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
