James Ryan Eaton

James Ryan Eaton, 45, of Booneville passed away on May 1, 2024 at home surrounded by his family after recently being diagnosed with Glioblastoma brain cancer. He was a member of the Jumpertown First Baptist Church. Ryan was a sixth generation farmer, he loved spending time with his family, woodworking, collecting antiques and coaching park league softball.

A celebration of life will be at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, May 3, 2024 at McMillan Funeral Home with Bro. Terry Scott officiating. Burial will be in the Jumpertown Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday, May 2, 2024 from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

He is survived by his wife, Erica Morgan Eaton; his parents, James Benny and Renate Strickland Eaton; his children, J. T. Eaton, Charity Eaton, Palin Eaton and Ziva Eaton; his sister, Ronja Cole (Johnny); his niece, Kali Trotter (Bobby); his nephew, John Easton Cole (Briana) and his great-nephews, Kai Trotter and Daxton Trotter.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill and Leista Belue, James Hoyle Eaton, and Evenstine Smith Carr.

Pallbearers will be Johnny Cole, Easton Cole, Jerry Starling, Scotty Starling, Bobby Trotter, and Casey Jackson. Honorary pallbearers will be the men of Jumpertown First Baptist Church.
