Gerald Clyde Crabb, 84, died Sunday, February 15, 2015, at Southern Magnolia Estates in Iuka. He was born March 15, 1930, to Oscar and Cleoraa Penny Crabb. He was a steel worker for FMC for many years. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of Little Brown Free Will Baptist Church.
A celebration of his life will be at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, February 17, 2015 at McMillan Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Short officiating. Burial will be in Little Brown Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Clara Ann Garrett Crabb; one daughter, Lynn Waldrop (Mike) Harbin of Burnsville; one son, Randy C. (Beverly K.) Crabb of Marietta; two sisters, Estelle Gann and Ruth Connors; four grandchildren, Jeffery(Angie Stacy) Crabb, Jake (Heather) Crabb, Rodney Taylor and Lacy Taylor; eight great-grandchildren, Jacye Taylor, Camdyn Taylor, C.J. Taylor, Tana Tolar, Mark Crabb, Addy Crabb, Elsie Crabb, Waylon Stacy and Kason Dunlap.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Gladys Harmon, Ilene Fenter and Lucille Graham; and two brothers, O.C. Crabb and Randle Crabb.
Pallbearers are Dan Crabb, Rod Taylor, Jeffery Crabb, Mark Crabb and Jake Crabb.
Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
