Wesley Victor Rose, age 89, of Chula Vista, California passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2023.
A memorial service for Wesley will be held Thursday, March 16, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Glen Abbey Magnolia Room, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902.
