She looked so pretty and she was very happy that Cuca,  Janeth,  Dave,  Joe ,  and myself Peter were there to celebrate with her.

Mrs. Williams this is Mel S. Cabansag Jr. your tennent Me and my wife Nedy Cabansag  will miss you very very much. You were like our second mother for both of us. I will miss the way you used to say Hello Mrs. Williams.              Rest in peace

Ms. Williams had a heart of gold always trying to help us, her tenants. 
Every  time she would find out that I was back in the hospital she would call and check up on me ♥️
Tina was always smiling and giving good, positive advice to all . She use to always tell me to never lose faith in God. That God was good 😞

Baffled,,shocked, sad and confused
When Peter called with the heartbreaking news.  So strong, so proud and a woman of principle, I guess I always felt she was invincible.
My dear friend Peter is more like a brother,
And if you knew Peter then you knew his mother!
We had an immediate connection right from the start, this petite, ginger red head had stolen my heart.
Peter would brag, and Peter would boast. The truth is their bond was stronger than most. Spending time with each other they had so much fun. I’d never seen such closeness between mother and son. 
For the entire family my breaking heart aches.  We will carry you thru this if that’s what it takes. For so many years I would seek her advice. She’d say “sleep with gloves on” and I would ask  why? “Moisturize Mija cuz your hands are too dry” Now watching her play, not the best place to be. “Are you here to gamble? Or are you watching me?  
She would turn heads when she walked in a room
Always so chic and so very well groomed. She’d dress up so classy and some times in lace, So picture perfect, not one hair out of place. Now our broken hearts heal a little each day, But ifTina were here I feel she would say......
“I know my departure may cut like a knife, But celebrate ME, for I had a good life.
I am still here although you can’t see me.
I am always with you. You just have to believe me.
To be taken care of , you know I would hate,
So I took my own path and went straight to the gate.
I’m here in heaven, so I got my reward. 
I am safe and sound in the hands of the Lord 
Try to stay strong knowing I am O.K. and in the kingdom of Heaven we’ll be together some day.
So let’s raise up our glasses and toast to the “Queen” Because there will never be another quite like our girl Tina!!

My heart is sad that you’re no longer in this earth with us , but I  know your loved ones that have gone before you are throwing you a big party happy to have you with them.

You were a bright light here for all of us that admired and loved you, how can we not !  You always radiate a huge friendly smile that made us feel at easy. 
I remember the time we first were introduced by David  i knew we would get along because I identified with your go getter personality. You were always kind to me and  you were a tremendous help giving me advice and were a positive influence  when we open All American Realty .
Also,  throughout my divorce dilema you try to distract me by taking me out to lunch  and to The casinos, thank you for wise advice you gave me.

Tina you were so much fun to hang out with.  
You will be missed by all the ones that got to know and love you.  We will keep  you alive in our hearts and the memories we created with you

I’m so proud to have been one of her friends.  We spent a few New Year’s together.  Her grace and intelligence were my favorite qualities.  Actually she was pretty funny too.  I will miss that tiny redhead enormously.  

I have so many nice memories of my tia that I wish I can share but will need months to type , I will miss her phone calls to ask how I was doing and to say the words I love you my regalito as she use to call me because I was born on her birthday . I remember my tia would always tell my mom to let her have me lol my mom would say no and my tia will tell me its ok my regalito one day I will put you in my luggage and take you with me. she would make me laugh. I also remember one day that I stayed at her house with my husband and kids and my tia said when its time for you guys to leave I will keep you here and hide you so you can stay with me it was really funny because upon her eyes I never grew I was always her baby her regalito. I will miss you so much tia but one day we will se each other again. love you always and for ever I will keep your memories alive in my heart. My tia Agustina always had a good sense of humor and loving heart towards everyone and her family.

Nuestro mas sentido pésame para toda la familia. siempre voy a recordar las bonitas memorias que nos deja mi madrina Agustina, una gran persona de muy buen corazón siempre llamándome para estar en comunicación con la familia. cada llamada asta la ultima llamada que me iso antes de fallecer fue de risas, y platicas de nuestra juventud siempre feliz cumpliendo la promesa que le iso a nuestro padre Alejo Najar de mantener contacto y estar pendiente de nuestra familia. Madrina la voy a extrañar mucho, siempre mantendré su memoria viva en mi corazón.

I'm still in disbelief. I'll miss our phonecalls and her sense of humor. I missed her phonecall on my birthday a few weeks ago and now that voicemail she left me is a bittersweet memory I'll treasure always.  Love you always Tia. 💔

This video took place at home 2016 she was wishing my brother John a merry Christmas.  John’s nick name for her was Tiger and so she is calling him tiger.  She is so funny and absolutely adorable in this short video.  I’m the director of the video. (Peter)

She was the classiest woman I have ever known. You couldn't help but stare when she walked into a room.  She was one of a kind and touched a lot of people's hearts. She will be missed.  I feel lucky to have been her friend. Rest in peace .

My mom was a mover and a shaker.  She  showed us all unconditional love.  She was gracias,  humble and generous.  She left this earth wanting to make  amends with a few people that were unforgiving and misinformed.  She never stopped loving those people and forgave them.  She did not let them or Covid-19 slow her down.  
My mom was truly an Angel sent from God.


We have many memories of Agustina that we will cherish forever.
She was a beautiful, strong, loving and giving woman who many of us looked up to.  Our hearts are broken.  She has gone to a better place and has joined those who have also left us.  
Our love for her will endure to eternity.
