complications from recent surgery. Born April 13, 1953 in Pueblo, Colorado to Robert and
Madine (Stiles) Cebulski. His love of the outdoors and Southwest began when he and his Dad actively
participated in Indian Guides as Running Buffalo and Little Buffalo. Randy’s love of sports
began with Little League baseball and later football at Hilltop High School. He was an avid
reader and surfer living on the Big Island of Hawaii, ramping his skills up and then moving to Mexico
chasing the perfect wave and learning Spanish. After several years of sun and surf Randy
brought his boards and baggies back to San Diego, married his longtime girlfriend Emilia, started his family and began his career in construction. After years of construction work Randy
earned his degree in CADD. He enjoyed designing and worked for several companies and
private organizations until his retirement. Beloved Father, Brother, Uncle, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather, he is already greatly missed by his family and friends. Randy was preceded in
death by his Father Robert and his Mother Madine. He is survived by his two children, Ryan and Christina Cebulski along with Rebecca Cebulski and (Matthew McGinnis), in addition to his three sisters, Barbara and (Melvin Price), Gwen and (Robert Campbell) and Robin Cebulski. Randy will be fondly remembered by his five grandchildren and two great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
