Pauline Mary O'Toole

A daughter of the late Pauline Macdonald, she was born January 24th, 1948, in Lowell, Massachusetts. She attended the Franco-American School where she learned to speak French as required learning by the Nuns.

Pauline, employed for over 25 years, retired as a Civil Servant, Housekeeper at the San Diego Balboa Navy Hospital. Her greatest joy was to work in the maternity ward, her hand-made knitted baby blankets were gifts to new mothers. In her retirement years, Pauline enjoyed spending time with her husband Philip, visiting various theme parks, Sea World and Disney Land amongst her favorite places.

Pauline married her husband Philip Patrick O’Toole, in Lowell, Massachusetts in the year 1966 who predeceased her in 2005. Both are survived by their sons, Philip Jr and Timothy O’Toole. She is also survived by Teresa O’Toole with grandchildren Mariana, Joanna, Teresa Jr, Patricia and five great grandchildren of San Diego, California. She is also survived by the last of her four siblings, sister Cindy Taylor and her children James, Heather, grandniece Madison, all of Massachusetts and nephew Craig Stackhouse of Florida.

Her mother Pauline and stepfather Victor Serre and sister Debbie Carty predeceased her and passing also in 2022 was her sister Linda Stackhouse and her beloved aunt Rita MacDonald.

An interment placement will be held on Monday, December 26th, 2022, Noon at Glen Abbey Memorial Park, 3838 Bonita Rd, Bonita, CA. 91902, in the Sleepy Hollow Lane Mausoleum Building.
