Patty,

Words can’t explain the emptiness I feel inside. The hole in my heart that will never be able to be filled. It’s had to understand why this happened. 
Why you, why now. What I’m I going to do without you here to guide me. 

However, I am left with your words and wisdom. Your teachings and lessons. The countless awesome memories we made together. Finally making it to Machu Picchu together!
You showed me to dream big and to have big aspirations for my life. You demonstrated that you could literally manifest your goals into reality if you believe in them and work hard. Without your help I couldn’t have graduated from high school, joined the military, and accomplish a Bachelors and Masters degree. In every phase in my life you have been there and even now that your gone from this earth you will continue to be there in each phase moving forward. Your legacy will continue on with my children and my children’s children. Thank you for helping my mother Diana make me the man that I am today. I hope that I made you proud of me. 

I love you Patty, my inspiration, my role model, my Tia Patty, my Comadre to Leo, and most of all my second Mother. 

Like you have always told me “God does not give you anything you can not handle” 

Everything will be okay. 

See you again one day Patty and when I do it’s going to be a great day!

Con carino y respeto envio mis sinceras condolencias para Juan, Debbie y el resto de la familia Estrada.  Tuve el privilegio de compartir con Patty una amistad muy linda y sincera, nuestros  viajes a Tierra Santa, Guatemala y Puerto Rico siempre fueron llenos de aventuras y muchas sonrisas que terminaban en carcajadas, ella era una persona muy sonadora siempre haciendo planes para realizar suenos que ahora quedan en el recuerdo. Algunas veces era muy calladita porque siempre estaba haciendo planes futuros, tenia un gran corazon y ayudar al menos afortunado siempre fue su prioridad. Descanse en Paz mi Patita. Seguramente ahora jugaras soccer con los angelitos.

Aun es increible creer que ya no estaras entre nosotros dejas un gran vacio , eras tan noble tan sencilla y sobretodo humilde y de gran corazon  y siempre te recordaremos yo mirella , tu hija , tus nietos  y toda la familia en peru que te amaban mucho  gracias x hacernos feliz  te queremos tia patty hoy manhana y siempre viviras en nuestro corazones 😥💕 😭😭😭🙏 

To My Dear Aunt Patty,

I regretfully admit that we grew distant over the years.  As I got older, life sort of happened and we barely spoke.  I did not know much of you although I always kept you close to my heart. This serves as a reminder to cherish the moments we have with our loved ones and maximize the time with them as well. 

I do recall spending fun times with you in Peru. We went to some clubs in La Marina. That was fun. I also remember how you went out of your way to make sure the kids in the family were happy for the holidays. You always got us the hottest games. 

Perhaps the most cherished memory is when we used to play soccer as a family. I miss your contagious smile and your laugh. I am going to remember you as a cheerful and energetic woman just like you were on the field. 

May God welcome you in his kingdom and may God bless our family during this time. 

Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.

Conoci a Paty porque era mi vecina y asistia a la misma iglesia que yo. Un par de ocasiones LA  lleve al aeropuerto cuando viajeo al Peru, tambien le ayude con su mascota cuando estubo fuera.
Deseo de corazon que Dios le de a la familia LA Paz que sobrepasa todo entendimiento. En palabras de Paty Ella se acerco a nuestra iglesia buscando a Dios en "uno de los momentos mas oscuros de su Vida" (2016)  yo creo que encontro el apoyo que buscaba, hizo publica su fe, se bautizo y fue instruida en la palabra de Dios. Lamento mucho no haberla encontrado en una ocasion que le lleve Flores al enterarme de su diagnostico. Una cosa si se Ella esta bien y en un lugar mucho mejor. Mis condolencias de corazon. Tia, Pattona as I used to call you. Still in shock and disbelief that you passed but it’s comforting to know that you are in a better place. My eyes filled with tears every time I think of You! I know from heavens you will always keep an eye on us to continue doing better in our lives until we meet again “Pattona” say hello to my abuelos. I will always keep you in my ❤️! 

Tia Patty -May God continue to provide peace and comfort to the family.  May you shine bright in heaven and provide continued light and comfort to the family.
