San Diego was called to his eternal rest at the age of 59.

Joe loved to fish, golf and most of all spend time with his family and most of all his grandson, JJ.

He retired as a Lieutenant Commanding Officer of the Navy, as he served 30 years enlisted.

He was a member in the Sons & Daughters of Guam Club.
