Jesse J. Lomeli

Jesse was a part of our Greenwood family for 22 years. He worked as Assistant Grounds Superintendent for many years.

Jesse often referred to Greenwood Memorial Park as..."His Park".

Jesse was loyal and committed to Greenwood. When Jesse was called, he ALWAYS answered. You could always count on Jesse to see things through.

Jesse's hard-work and strong work ethic, resulted in him winning a number of awards. He was named Helsman in 2016.

Jesse loved his job and the difference he made while helping others.

Jesse also loved sports and ANYTHING, San Diego! He loved his city!

Jesse's most precious gifts were his 3 children. He loved his family dearly.

Jesse's untimely passing sadden's us deeply. Though his time on earth has ended, let's continue to hold Jesse's memory near and dear to our hearts.

Jesse leaves all with a message of "Afterglow".

of smiles when life is done.

I'd like to leave an echo,

whispering softly down the ways,

of happy times, and laughing times,

and bright and sunny days.

I'd like the tears of those who grieve

of happy memories that I leave

when life of earth is done.
