It still feels so unreal. The heavens called one of their angels back and it breaks my heart that you couldn't stay with us. We were more than just coworkers, we were brothers. I miss you dearly my Che'lu. Your memory will live on forever in our hearts 🙏🏼❤🕊

Although the time we had with Frank was short, they were still filled with way too many memories to share just one.  When I first met Frank, it was so easy to be myself around him.  He was loving, caring and always welcomed you with open arms.  I definately took his time here with us for granted.  To this day I am still in mourning and think of him daily.  The heartache never stops hurting, but I somehow grudgingly continue on.  Grief is just love that we weren't able to express before he left us and I will be forever grieving Frank.  He was a real angel... with a smart mouth, but an angel none the less.  

I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding.

I could not have raised my daughter without you. You and Dad stepped in like she was your own, just like you did for Malina. You graciously let Curt step in, but weren’t to far away when you were needed. I remember when I thought Anna was still too young to get a cell phone, but you jumped in as that great Uncle that you are and said but everyone else has one!!! We did discuss that it wasn’t a reason, but the next day you went to get her a phone!!! These are the things I will miss most of you doing for the girls💔💔

The feeling of losing another close family member is so painful!  Losing Frank, hurts so much, but I’m comforted he’s with my mom and our loved ones who have gone before us.  Frank was like a little brother to me as him and my brother Junior were inseparable since they were little, so of course being the older cousin/sibling I helped take care of Frank when ever he was along side my brother, which was ALL the time!  Before I gave birth to my son, Frank and Kat were just teenagers, but thought it was cute to ask if they could be godparents, I didn’t know how to respond being they were still teenagers, I asked my mom and A. Laling and they told me I really shouldn’t say no even if they’re young and to take it as a blessing, so I did and Frank and Kat became my sons godparents, true blessing!  My son loves his Nino and was so devastated to hear the news!  I will definitely miss updating Frank about his godson and his new journey in the military, but I know he will be watching over him.   I will miss giving him random gifts, (just because)his laugh, his  jokes ( jokes that could have you in tears from laughing) I will miss seeing him support me and my family in our functions.  I will miss going to Phoenix to hang out with him and Jonathan (He was such a great host)  I will miss eating out at different restaurants, our conversations while he does my hair, him loving my kids unconditionally as if they were his own!  REST IN PEACE MY COUSIN/MY LIL BRO/MALI Francis (inside joke) I LOVE YOU

My deepest condolences to Frank’s Family, Jonathan, and all your friends. It deeply pains me to write this bc just like everyone else I just can’t believe it. It’s not fair… It seems like we were just celebrating Jonathan and Jacalyn’s birthday and now we are pushing through the  pain to celebrate your life and  the wonderful memories you gave us. 
I am very thankful I got to meet such an amazing person like you and to  be a small part of your big life. I will miss your chill vibe and great sense of humor.

They say that friends are chosen family and that's exactly what Frank was. We couldn't have made a better choice when we chose him to be Giana's Nino. Frank was the most kindest, loving and genuine person we have ever met. His personality, laugh and love for others is rare and something you don't find in everyone. There aren't enough words to express how honored we are to have met Frank and have him a part of our lives. Frank, we are better for knowing you, better for loving you and better for having met you. May you be as blessed in the next life, my Pari, as we are in this one by knowing you.

I remember Frank as always being the best dressed and smelling the best !!! I remember we all were in La for a birthday party and Frank pulled up in the red Monte walked up wearing a white Gucci Tee and Tan Gucci shorts always looking the best with a smile to match. Frank I’m sorry we haven’t spoke in a while but know I love you bro !!! 

My son frank, you will be deeply missed it hurts so much knowing you won’t be around every time I will go visit Jonathan 🥲 and every time I see a pic of you, I will especially miss your laughter and your wise cracks 😁 Rest In Peace my son in law 🙏❤️😭

I’ll never forget our last trip together to Austin. We were all so free and just went where the wind took us. We all somehow ended up with matching mimosa tattoos after one of our infamous gay brunches haha. I’m so lucky to have been able to have so many deep convos with you and just experience the Frank energy that captured everyone’s heart. I love you forever my brother. ❤️
