Rest In Peace, my dear beloved friend. Sending prayers and condolences to your loved ones in their time of grief. I met Frank in Sep 1981, when I started working for SDG&E at Center City on Market St, We transferred to the new South Bay office together and eventually back to Market Street. I have so many precious memories of those years. Memories of laughter, fun, and friendship during good, bad, and sometimes sad times. Frank could always make me laugh; he had a wonderful sense of humor, and a wonderful outlook on life. Even though I hadn’t seen in many years, he always held a special place in my heart. God bless, Frank, and looking forward to seeing you again in Heaven.

I met Frank in the early eighties.  He taught me a great deal about the electric distribution system, which started a long friendship.  I am so sorry to her of his passing.  He was blessed to have the family that he did.  The last I seem him, he was sharing about how blessed and proud he was and how much he loved his family.  God bless you Frankco, are rewards are stored in heaven, rest in the Lord and enjoy rewards.
