Delbert Leonard Hughes, who was at the age of 95, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 in the beautiful city of Bonita, California. Delbert was born on October 06, 1928, in New Mexico to Francis Marion Hughes and Alice Ross. He is survived by his loving wife, Janice.
Delbert had worked diligently in the medical field as a doctor for 40 years. He also lived in San Diego county for 60 of his years.
