Arthur James Talbot passed away on December 23, 2022. Arthur was born in Bakersfield California on January 23,1936.
As a young man, Arthur joined the Navy and proudly served his country for 20 years. After Arthur retired from the Navy, he went back to school with his G.I. benefits and received a degree in Business Administration. This allowed him to advance his position in Civil Service for the U.S. Government, to Auditor. During Arthur’s lifetime, he was a Husband, Father, and Grandfather. To those who befriended Arthur, he was known for his easy going manner and sense of humor. Arthur also loved following many sports, especially baseball and football. Arthur will be missed. Rest in peace Arthur, for now you are with the Lord .
