I think of Anthony offten,  I remember when both Boy were little.  I feel he 's with all of us, representing  the entire world.  So proud of what he had accomplished in such short amount of time.    Anthony is always in our prayers.

My deepest and most sincerest condolences. I met Anthony in law school. He was a brilliant student, a kind soul, and a very joyful person. He was proud of his heritage and unapologetically unique. I had the good fortune to know Anthony outside the classroom
and cherish  the times we spent getting to know
each other. My heart is full of sorrow tonight knowing that he is no longer with us. It seems incredibly unreal and unjust to know someone so kind is gone. My deepest and most heartfelt sympathies to his love ones.

My sincere condolences to the Medina family and friends. Anthony's passing is indeed a tragic loss. I remember him as a student at California Western School of Law.  He made a significant contribution to the legal world.

Losing Anthony is a loss to those of us who loved him in this life and to our entire community. Anthony's focus on helping those clients, with the greatest of needs and lessor of means, was about to blossom. 

My wife Claudine and I were Anthony and Kyle's landlords at 945 Fourth Avenue in the early going.  An ornate building lined with marble floors and cherry wood, it was the perfect digs for two young friends starting out. 

Several years ago, while Claudine and I were working daily at the building downtown, I became fed up with stepping over mentally challenged homeless people -- that no local charity seemed to want to help. So I flew to Baltimore and qualified to become a Social Security disability advocate.  I advertised this charitable service by hanging flyers on telephone poles all over town. Whenever a call came in that required fluency in Spanish, I routed the call to Anthony and he set the appointment and acted as my translator throughout the process. He was generous to a fault with his time.

Over the next few years, Anthony and I were able to assist some of the most deserving disability applicants I had ever imagined. Initially turned down by Social Security Disability only because of inadequate documentation, Anthony and I met many hard working men that had sacrificed their bodies and the best decades of their lives to a brutal regimen of heavy construction. (They were at our doorstep because they were naturalized US Citizens as well as Spanish speakers at home.) They are now on much deserved government disability, and I would not have been able to help them without Anthony's support. 

We loved Anthony. When Claudine and I sold the building in late 2019, it was Anthony's attendance at our farewell party that brought Claudine to tears. Anthony is an 'old soul'; there is no replacing him - just a hole in our hearts where he belongs. May the good Lord bless you my friend, and if you would -- look in on us from time to time.

Dearest Anthony, you will be profoundly missed. It may have just been happenstance that we seemingly ran into each other on those several occasions over this past year, but I’m so grateful I saw you and had those words with you. Truly, you’ve positively impacted so so many people including myself. What you’ve accomplished in your lifetime, although it was far too short, is what most aspire to do in 3x the amount.  Thank you for it all, your contributions, kindness, generosity, and memories. An honor to say I know you. 

My deepest condolences to Anthony’s family and friends. I share your grief and smile in your fondest memories of him. Prayers for comfort, God rest his soul.

Anthony, 
You were a part of my life and family many years ago and because of that, I have many memories to cherish and remember you by. Your laughter and smile, your incredibly intellectual conversations, your eclectic style, and your passion and drive to help others. I met you as you embarked on your journey into law school and were doing it all. A full-time student with full time employment and managing a relationship, hanging out with friends and spending time with your family. 

I’ll be reminded of you whenever I see Leonardo DiCaprio, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The Watchmen, the Chargers and whenever I hear a Johnny Cash or Mickey Avalon song. 

I can only be grateful that our paths crossed again a few years ago and were able to share where life had taken us and the people we became. I was and am happy of all you were working on and accomplishing in life and knew you would continue to do great things. 

I pray your soul rests knowing how loved you were by so many and I pray that your family finds comfort knowing the kind of man you became.

Our senior year of high school, lacrosse.  We played Chula Vista.  

I de-cleated one of their players (hit him so hard that his feet left the ground) who was a Division I football scholarship dude, Pat something.  

After the game, you were a couple guys ahead of me as we stood in line to shake hands with the Spartan players.  

As Pat shook your hand, you said: “Hey!  Pat?  Yeah man, so you got de-cleated; are you okay?!  Boy.  Yeah, you got de-cleated by my man Lew here!” (Anthony points at me).

I still laugh every time.  My success was your success, and you were definitely a wise ass!  I miss you brother.  Eternal rest grant him, Lord.

I love you, brother... you will always be in my thoughts and in my every day life!

My heart cannot put into words the feelings that it holds inside ...As kids it was always the 3 of us and as I think back on our childhood ... you and Cado are in every memory and in every stage growing up. 
I will always see you both as my younger brothers ...
