Willard Lee Milliken Sr.

Mr. Milliken was born in Columbus County on August 18, 1951 and was son of the late Odell and Ressie Suggs Milliken. He was employed with JE Mintz Plumbing for thirty years. Mr. Milliken was involved in racing for many years, driving his own car, and then following his son while he raced. He enjoyed fishing and, most of all, being with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Lori Milliken.

He is survived by three sons, Willard Milliken, Jr. and wife, Crystal, of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Eddie Shelton of Leland, NC and Shawn Chavis of Currie, NC; grandchildren, Willard Milliken III and wife, Haven, of Leland, Cody Milliken, Gage Dean, Karma Milliken, Bentley Milliken, Gunner Milliken, Layla Milliken, Harley Milliken, Clay Milliken all of Leland, Carson West and Gage Hammond of Roanoke Rapids; brother, William Milliken of Wilmington.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, December 9, 2022 at two o'clock in the afternoon at Elah Baptist Church with Reverend Andy White officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 8, 2022 from six o'clock until eight o'clock at White Funeral and Cremation Service, 603 Ocean Highway East, Bolivia.
