Wayne Naylor

He was born in Sampson County, NC on January 23, 1956 the son of the late Lester Earl Naylor and Florence Virginia Matthews Naylor and was preceded in death by a sister, Joann Naylor; a brother, Jackie Naylor.

Wayne was a veteran of the United States Navy. He worked at Southern Industrial Contractors for 16 years as a pipefitter foreman. He loved the outdoors, gardening and loved to spend his spare time fishing and relaxing with his boat. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Surviving are his wife of 45 years, Rose Naylor of the home; a son, Jonathan Wayne Naylor, and wife, Jessica of Morristown, TN; a daughter, Kristin Naylor and husband, Mark Troublefield of Florence, SC; two brothers, Jerry Naylor wife, Rosa and Donnie Naylor wife, Cindy all of Garland, NC; two sisters, Margaret Hughes husband, Donald of Bolivia, NC and Sharon Smith husband, Ronnie of Leland, NC; his special granddog, Olivia; two grandchildren, Makala and Gabby; several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of his life will be held 3:00 PM Saturday August 13, 2022 at White Funeral and Cremation Service Bolivia Chapel with Pastor Jimmy Flowers officiating. Burial will follow in the Naylor Family Cemetery in Leland at a later date.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
