Regina Moore McKeithan

Mrs. McKeithan was born in New Hanover County on August 8, 1943 and was the daughter of the late Julius Gilbert Moore and Agnes DeNicola Moore. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Marvin McKeithan, and siblings, Gilbert L. “Buddy” Moore, Julius Moore, Edna Warner, Anna Mintz and Dolores McGee. She was a member of the 1961 graduating class of New Hanover High School and a member of Bethel United Methodist Church in Bolivia.

She is survived by a son, Edward McKeithan, FNP (Gary) of Bolivia; daughter, Jackie Glass (Steve) of Bolivia; grandson, Adrien McKeithan of Bolivia; brothers, Lloyd “PeeWee” Moore (Margaret Ann) of Castle Hayne, Arthur Moore (Barbara) of Castle Hayne; sister, Ina King, of Wilmington; special great-niece, Nicole Mintz, of Bolivia.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 10 at eleven o’clock in the morning at White Funeral and Cremation Service Chapel in Bolivia with Reverend Frank Brock officiating. Burial will follow in the David R. Mercer Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Michael Moore, Howard Phillips, Adrien McKeithan, Thomas Sumner, Rodney Kelley, and Clifton Warner.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 9, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 p.m. at White Funeral and Cremation Service, 603 Ocean Highway East, Bolivia, NC. Due to the weather, the family will also receive friends on Wednesday, January 10 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at White Funeral and Cremation Service, Bolivia/Supply Chapel.
