Charles Edward McKeithan Jr.

He was born in Wilmington, NC on November 30, 1971 and was the son of Charles McKeithan and Rose McKeithan of Bolivia, NC.

He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Joy Gregory and Emily McKeithan; and an aunt, JoAnn Overby.

Charlie Mac was a commercial fisherman for many years. He fished up and down the east coast from the Grand Banks to the tip of Florida. His other love was music of all kinds, he taught himself to play the bass guitar and played in a band, "Sour Vein" and toured throughout the US.

Surviving in addition to his parents are a sister, Becky McKeithan of Leland; his aunt Judy Burlingame of Supply and several cousins and many friends.

A celebration of Charlie Mac's life will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday March 11, 2023 in White Funeral and Cremation Service, Supply/Bolivia Chapel, by Pastor Charles Drew officiating. A time of visitation will be

from 2:30 to 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
