Carolyn Jeanette Reynolds, age 64 of Bolivia, NC passed away on Tuesday, the twenty first of November, 2017. Born in Columbus County, NC on the twenty ninth of December 1952, she was a daughter of the late Wilton C. and Mildred Woodby Williamson. Carolyn was retired from the Brunswick County Schools, Bolivia Elementary School where she worked for over nine years. She was a longtime member of the Bethel United Methodist Church, Bolivia. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Samantha Reynolds.
Survivors include her loving husband of forty-nine years, Steve Reynolds; two sons, Nick Reynolds and fiancée’ Kim of Wake Forest, NC, “Jimmy” Reynolds and financee’ Michele of Bolivia; a daughter, Syndi Ward and husband Terrance of Bolivia, NC; three brothers, David Williamson and wife Priscilla of Riegelwood, NC, Roger Williamson and wife Christy of Atkinson, NC, Bobby Williamson of Delco, NC; two sisters, Phyllis Wright and husband Kenny of Wilmington, NC, Darlene Mintz of Delco, NC; grandchildren, Kortney Benton, Alexis Reynolds, Fletcher Reynolds, Gauge Reynolds, Austin Lancaster, Johnny Lancaster, Kaitlyn Johnson, Tatiana Ward, Jessica Lindsey, Ingle Lindsey and a great granddaughter, Joselynn Poage.
Funeral services will be held at eleven o’clock in the morning on Saturday the twenty fifth of November, 2017, in the Bethel United Methodist Church, Bolivia by The Reverend Mark Murphy and The Reverend Ron Hamilton. Interment will follow in the Mercer Cemetery, Bolivia, NC.
You are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from six o’clock in the afternoon until eight o’clock in the evening on Friday, the twenty fourth of November at White Funeral Service, Bolivia/Supply Chapel.
Casket bearers will be Fletcher Reynolds, Gauge Reynolds, Austin Lancaster, Johnny Lancaster, Robert Edwards and James Edwards.
Honorary casket bearers are Billy Cheers, Worth Mercer, Wendell Knox, Warren Knox and Dustin Riddle.
