William Frank Proctor, 63, of Lake Worth Florida, passed away April 25, 2013. He was born in Dearborn Heights, Michigan on July 23, 1949. William graduated from Seacrest High school and received a Bachelor in Education from Florida Atlantic University. William dedicated his many years to teaching ESOL at Carver Middle School. He was a lifetime member of the NRA and had a passion for the mountains, fishing, the ocean and animals. He was survived by his mother Gloria Proctor; his daughter Heather (Frank) Maio; 2 grandchildren Gina and Frank Maio; 4 Siblings Robert (Jan), Lynn (John), Doug, Sandy; and his 12 beloved nieces and nephews. A funeral will be held at noon Friday May 3, 2013 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Delray Beach, FL with Father Chip Stokes officiating. Burial will be in Pompano City Cemetery.
