William (Bill) Paul Abbott, 52, of Greenacres died Thursday, September 10, 2020.
He is survived by his wife Leslie Abbott, sisters Susan Abbott Bardisa of Delray Beach, Kathryn Abbott Dyer of St. Louis, MO, three nephews Adam Bardisa, Daniel Bardisa and Nathan Dyer, and one niece Rebecca Dyer.
Bill was a graduate of Boca Raton High School, New England Tech, and the Connecticut School of Broadcasting. His career was spent both as on-air talent, production and management for several local radio and television stations. He also setup and managed an R&D lab for two-way radios at Motorola. Bill was a master Ham radio operator and enjoyed singing Karaoke. He also served as the Communications Coordinator for the American Legion and enjoyed his active membership as a Son of the American Legion.
Bill will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
