Robert John Douglass, 63, of Boca Raton, passed away Saturday 12-26-2015 at Broward Health North. Born in Alexandria, VA March 21, 1952, he was the son of the late John Robert and Kathleen Douglass; and, brother to late Kathleen Douglass-Merenstein. Robert was a graduate of Bishop Ireton High School Class of 1970 and graduate of Dale Carnegie Class of 1976. He began his career as a Carrier for the U.S. Postal Service in Cherry Hill, NJ and later as Sales Service Associate until retiring in 2012. Robert was a member of the Ascension Catholic Church, Boca Raton. He attended Mass every Sunday at 7:30 am. He loved bowling and was involved in a Bowling League where he won several trophies. He enjoyed fishing and photography. Robert loved listening to music, playing the guitar, laughing, being with his family and having fun with friends. Robert touched the lives of many people with his smile and generosity, and maintained his trademark sense of humor all the way to the end.
