Milford C Myles

Myles, Milford C. - 88 yrs. old. Died peacefully at Hospice by the Sea in Boca Raton, Florida. Born May 23, 1922, former resident of Cleveland Ohio until he retired to Florida in 1976 with his 2nd wife Virginia, the love of his life. "Mil" was a successful mortage banker in Cleveland for many years, affiliated with Equitable, JF Zook and Mellon National Mortgage Company. Predeceased by his 1st wife Mary, daughter Kathleen, sister Joyce Roberts and grandson Michael Thomas. Survived by his loving wife Virginia, daughter Cindy Bryan of Columbus Ohio, Son Greg (Sonja) Myles, of Sagamore Hills, Ohio, sister June (Clarence) Swart of San Antonio, Texas, step-son, Guy (Laurie) Towle and their daughter Jennifer, three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. "Mil" was a proud former Marine and Iwo Jima Survivor. A 1943 graduate of Colgate University and a faithful alumnus for many years. Member and former deacon of Grace Community Church. Visitation will be at Babione Funeral Home on December 28, 2010 from 10-11:00AM with a service to follow at 11:00 AM. The family requests that the burial is held in private.
