Lester John Thomas, 84 of Delray Beach, FL passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2016. Lester was born in Annatto Bay, Jamaica on December 17, 1932 a son of the late Bodah and Beatrice Thomas. Lester moved form Jamaica to New York in 1969 where he raised 4 children with Lorna Carr. Lester earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Pace University while working as an accountant at International Paper. He eventually retired to Florida where he spent the rest of his days enjoying the warm weather.
Surviving Lester is his children Faine Thomas, Tracy (Frank) Nogara, Ayanna Thomas (Joseph Fielder), and Matthew Thomas (Adrienne Woike) as well as several grandchildren, Khadine and Anand Thomas and Leo Thomas.
The family will receive friends during a Memorial Gathering from 2:00 until 4:00 on Sunday, January 15, 2017 at Babione – Kraeer Funeral Home, 1100 North Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL, 33432.Arrangements under the direction of Babione-Kraeer Funeral Home, Boca Raton, FL.
