Karen Emma Gregory

Karen Emma Gregory, aged 48, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 21, 2019 at Hospice by the Sea in Boca Raton, Florida. She was born on November 23, 1970 in Bryn Mawr, PA to William J. Gregory and Mary Jane (Cox) Gregory. Growing up in Gladwyne, PA she enjoyed gymnastics, ballet, horseback riding and car rides with her father checking on his paving construction work.

After her father passed away, she moved with her mother and sister to Boca Raton, Florida in 1988 and gained employment as a nail technician in a high end salon where she met life long friends.

Karen had a true beauty both inside and out. She was an animal advocate, loved to dance and always had a smile and kind word for everyone she met. She lived her life with such passion and compassion, and complete unconditional love. Karen was a devoted single mother to her two boys, always caring for their needs and putting them first. She was an active member of the First United Methodist Church and loved the Lord with all her heart.

Later in life she started a holistic residential cleaning business using natural low toxic products. She was committed to her clients well being and was loved by all. She is survived by her sister Bonnie DeProspero and her children and grandchildren; her sister Wendy Sadusky and her husband and children; her beloved sons Phillip Gage Gottes and Gabriel Scott Mishler; and many nephews, nieces and grands who think the world of her.

Family, friends and those whose lives have been touched by Karen are invited to Babione-Kraeer Funeral Home, 1100 N Federal Hwy, Boca Raton from 5 PM- 8 PM on Thursday, July 25, 2019 for visitation.

Her celebration of life service will be held at First United Methodist Church, 625 NE Mizner Blvd. Boca Raton at 11AM on Friday, July 26, 2019.
