George M. Harbin III was born in Mobile, Alabama to George and Anna Harbin on March 14, 1951. He and his wife, Barbara, have been long time residents of Boca Raton, FL with their children Gabrielle Harbin and George Harbin IV. He is survived by his wife, children, parents, and also his siblings, Jennifer (Alan) Lockett, Amanda (Hans) Hollman, and Rosalind Harbin.
